About the Role

Xcel Construction Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization to success. As the President and Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Departmental Oversight: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
