Job Title: Application Support Developer

Fidelity Canada is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Developer to join our technology team in a technical support and developer role. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining service quality for Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) applications currently in production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.
  • Manage ticket queues to ensure timely responses to incidents logged by clients.
  • Support Application Development teams with defect remediation work.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain application solutions for internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Development Application Support role.
  • Experience building enterprise workflows (Appian platform).
  • Strong technical insight and experience to advise, guide, challenge, and support technical decisions.
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being in a team environment.
