Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (Estimated)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing. Your expertise will contribute to patient well-being and better health outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with our Medical Science team and Medical Library. You will also have access to teaching opportunities, sharing knowledge with college and university student placements.

Our facilities offer 24-hour medical support and a clean, organized work environment. We adhere to strict laboratory safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing using various laboratory analyzers.
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing new technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to laboratory safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
  • College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office products and laboratory analyzers.
