Clinical Psychologist for Trauma Recovery

Back in Motion is a leading employer in the field of occupational rehabilitation, committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals with trauma-related disorders. We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, and Kinesiologists to provide comprehensive treatment plans for clients with PTSD and other trauma-related conditions.
About the RoleAs a Psychologist with our team, you will be responsible for conducting intake interviews, developing and implementing individual return-to-work treatment plans, writing reports, and liaising with stakeholders. You will work in a collaborative environment, providing best practice trauma treatment to clients with a range of occupational backgrounds, including first responders and other high-risk professions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct intake interviews and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based trauma treatment, including Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Write reports and communicate with stakeholders
We are seeking a Psychologist with 2+ years of clinical experience, well-versed in evidence-based trauma treatment modalities. If you are new to trauma work, we offer support for training in best practice modalities and ongoing mentorship to help you grow your clinical skills.
