Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at TransportCorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational logistics plans to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and progress
- Train and develop staff in logistics and operations procedures
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
