Job Title: Logistics Team Leader

TransportCorp is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Team Leader to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and trends
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player
  • Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
