Crude Oil Inventory Management Specialist

Adecco Canada is currently hiring a skilled Crude Oil Inventory Management Specialist to manage and analyze our client's crude oil inventory based out of Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing data to optimize inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position requires a keen analytical eye, a solid understanding of the crude oil industry, and proficiency with inventory management software.
The successful candidate will facilitate the monthly reconciliation process of SAP inventories to shipper statements by commodity pool, location, trade strategy, and legal entity to ensure timely identification and remediation of unresolved issues.
Additionally, they will collaborate on process improvement initiatives to speed up manual processes and support future state of ST&O Transformation, including technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in crude and/or refined products logistics, settlements, or accounting roles, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting.
They must also possess strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, with high attention to detail, and working knowledge of SAP (particularly Materials Management module).
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, paid weekly, accurate and on time.
