Financial Records Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Records Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent bookkeeping skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities- Prepare financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, as well as prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, including reconciling accounts.
- Post journal entries and prepare trial balances of books.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Basic security clearance, bondability, confidential security clearance, criminal record check, drug test, enhanced reliability security clearance, and immunization records.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires overtime and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
