Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Records Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent bookkeeping skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, as well as prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, including reconciling accounts.
  • Post journal entries and prepare trial balances of books.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic security clearance, bondability, confidential security clearance, criminal record check, drug test, enhanced reliability security clearance, and immunization records.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires overtime and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $60,000 - $80,000 estimated annual salary based on location and experience.
