Wholesale Insurance Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. As an Internal Insurance Wholesaler, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Advisor Support and Partnership: Proactively interact with advisors daily to support key advisors and partner with them to uncover sales opportunities.
- Task Management and Efficiency: Handle and coordinate daily tasks effectively to achieve efficiency metrics in a way that best supports advisors and the region.
- Advisor Inquiries and Support: Handle incoming advisor inquiries, including case consultations, illustration support, product queries, and training.
- Proactive Sales Opportunities: Use peers, external wholesalers, tools, resources, data, and analytics to investigate proactive sales opportunities that are formalized and driven via effective business planning.
- Advisor Profile Management: Use Salesforce.com to build and maintain advisor profiles and data on current and proposed activity.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with peers from other teams, departments, and territories to share business leads and ideas.
- Insurance and Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance or sales.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in French and English is a requirement.
- LLQP Designation: LLQP designation preferred or in process.
- Education and Skills: College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, including intermediate-level experience using Excel, ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, well-organized, self-starter with high energy and creativity, innovative marketing and problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
