Inventory ManagementMaintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless operations.
Emergency ProceduresFollow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Clerical DutiesPerform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
CommunicationAnswer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a professional and timely manner.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
Requirements- Education
