Hotel Information and Services

Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.

Departure Processing

Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Inventory Management

Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless operations.

Emergency Procedures

Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.

Clerical Duties

Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.

Communication

Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a professional and timely manner.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education
