Food Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Assistant to join our team at Jin Dragon Restaurant.
About the Role:
- As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
- You will be responsible for preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, as well as portioning and wrapping foods.
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
- You will also be required to handle and store cleaning products, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Portion and wrap foods
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
- Experience is an asset but not necessary
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and client focus
Work Conditions:

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
