Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jin Dragon Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports to management on kitchen operations and staff performance
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and menu offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of physical activity and stamina. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role
- Willingness to relocate to support the growth of our restaurant
