Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Booster Juice.
Job Summary:The Food and Beverage Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make informed decisions
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Advise on menu selections to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty
- Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure seamless service
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
- Clean and maintain tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Balance cash and record sales to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Electronic cash register experience
- MS Word proficiency
- Point of sale system knowledge
- Criminal record check
