The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
In this role, you will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations. If you have excellent communication and organizational skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
