Mosaic Immigration Inc is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
In addition, you will be responsible for performing data entry, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment. You will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
