Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with frontline employees through regular touchpoints and coaching sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and operational procedures to enhance daily performance.
  • Collaborate with drivers and technicians to develop job-related skills and complete assigned training curriculum.
  • Participate in coaching conversations and seek feedback to improve coaching skills.
  • Develop knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety programs, operational business processes, performance management, dispatch & routing, and fleet maintenance processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Additionally, they must be willing to relocate within a designated geographic area and work flexible start times.
