Job Summary
Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Field Supervisor to lead our security team and ensure the delivery of high-quality security services on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial security best practices and be able to motivate and train the team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction, motivation, and ongoing training to the Mobile team by setting positive examples and conducting regular reviews.
- Ensure the completion of a Mobile Department Orientation for every officer currently working on shift.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with standing post orders and scheduled daily activities.
- Recognize and reward exceptional performance by Mobile Security Officers.
- Participate in progressive disciplinary meetings with Mobile Security Officers and the Security Programs Manager as required.
- Assist in the investigation of security incidents and provide necessary details through proper chain of command.
- Be available for emergency activities such as critical shift vacancies and special coverages.
- Assist in maintaining, changing, and increasing the efficiency of the Mobile runs with the Security Programs Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of supervisory security experience in Mobile or a combination relevant experience as a Supervisor and Mobile Driver.
- Valid BC Security License.
- BC Class 5 driver's license and able to provide a clean driver's abstract.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- High functionality in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism in all situations.
- Comfortable driving a vehicle for 8 hours to conduct mobile patrol.
- Confident in using technology and able to use smartphones and computers.
Education and Certification
High School Diploma/GED.
Valid BC Security Licence and Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License.
