Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

Cenpro Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining prescription records, and preparing medications for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of prescription information
  • Maintain prescription records and inventory of medications
  • Prepare medications for clients, including compounding oral solutions, ointments, and creams
  • Set up and dismantle equipment, clean and maintain equipment, and prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Bill third-party insurers and maintain inventory of equipment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Standing for extended periods and combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
