Job Title: Landscape Worker

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Worker to join our team at United Irrigation and Landscaping Inc. in Canada.

Job Summary:

This is a temporary position that requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with landscape constructions, weed, prune and trim trees and plants, cut grass, and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Lay sod or seed
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
