Job Title: Landscape Worker

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Worker to join our team at United Irrigation and Landscaping Inc. in English.

Job Summary

This is a temporary position that requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns and gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, small engine equipment, sod cutters, and tractor mowers.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
