Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Reale Landscape Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, and managing landscaping projects. If you have a passion for outdoor spaces and a proven track record in leadership, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage landscaping projects, including estimating labor and materials, and tendering and administering contracts.
- Read blueprints and drawings, and repair and maintain equipment.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services, and manage landscaping projects.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
- 5 years or more of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and a valid driver's licence.
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
