About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food items, including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods, to meet customer demands.
  • Cash Handling and Point of Sale Operations: Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
