About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen and dining team to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
