Job Summary

Vitalité Health Network is seeking a skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in conflict management and organizational climate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Vitalité Health Network's culture and develop strategies to promote a win-win culture of collaboration.
  • Analyze work climate in depth and make recommendations to the Leadership Team, managers, and HRBPs.
  • Provide training to HRBPs and managers on conflict resolution skills and collaborative approaches.
  • Act as a mediator, facilitator, or coach in complex conflict situations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent conflicts and psychological harassment in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, law, human resources, or a relevant field.
  • Master's degree in education or a healthcare field is an asset.
  • Certification in conflict resolution from a recognized university is required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in conflict resolution and mediation, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare field.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, ability to manage resistance, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain neutral, proficient in verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, and education skills.
  • Strong group facilitation skills, ability to work independently and as a team member, and physically able to perform assigned duties.
