Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dephine Enterprises II Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Food Safety Certificate.
