We are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to lead our restaurant team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations and staff supervision, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Develop and implement food preparation strategies to maintain quality and efficiency
- Train and mentor junior staff members in cooking techniques and protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records of food supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with management to develop new menus and recipes
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
