About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Executive Culinary Professional to join the Hanvon team. This key role requires a strong culinary background and experience in managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and implement menu items that meet the company's standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
