About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Assistant to join our team at DB Diesel & Mobile Service Ltd. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diesel engine repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior mechanics with routine maintenance and repairs of diesel engines and equipment.
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machines, and verifying and repairing emission control systems.
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
