Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our food preparation team at Barcelos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and walking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
