Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Taco Time is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
