Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KENARD FAST FOOD LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
