Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Supervisor at Tomlinson Group of Companies provides expert guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of qualified personnel and ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client expectations and project timelines.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Construction Engineering Technician or Civil Engineering Technologist degree.
  • 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of demonstrated effective people management experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal working conditions for a construction industry environment.
  • Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required.
  • Regular travel may be necessary.
