Job Title: SAP ETM/PM Specialist

Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking an experienced SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Equipment Tools Management (ETM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) to support our team's excellence and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP ETM and PM modules, providing guidance and support to the team and business.
  • Work with the team and business to enhance the system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with super users and end users on day-to-day support, as well as enhancements and changes.
  • Partner with developers on system upgrades, enhancements, and changes, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Liaise between the business and the SAP support team for all ETM and PM-related matters.
  • Maintain documentation of standard configuration and best practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to long-term planning and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting and KPI dashboards, providing insights and visibility into system performance.
  • Cross-train with other team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and expertise growth.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to the business on best practices for using SAP ETM and PM modules, driving adoption and optimization.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize SAP ETM/PM functionality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ETM and PM modules, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, and Business Client.
  • Knowledge of standard SAP implementation and development practices, including creation of blueprints, process flows, and work instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
