About the Role

HUB International Ontario Limited is seeking a highly skilled Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of an existing book of business, including client relationships and sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve business performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Personal Lines.
  • RIBO license required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel).
