About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Kirpal Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on transportation performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our team members in transportation logistics and policies.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and accuracy are essential for this role.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • Work Language: English.
