About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Kirpal Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the logistics of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance and operational metrics.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our vehicles and equipment.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in logistics and operations procedures.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Transportation
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, accuracy
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
