Job Description:
  • The Meat Specialist will be responsible for preparing and processing meats, including cutting, trimming, and wrapping products.
  • They will also be involved in supervising other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, as well as training new staff members.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
