Job Description:- We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail who can effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include cleaning meats to prepare them for processing or cutting, cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, removing bones from meat, weighing meats for sale, cutting poultry into parts, pricing meat products, selling meats to customers, supervising other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, grinding meats, training meat cutters, and preparing special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads. You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:Ranging between $25-$40 CAD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
