Job Title: Supervisor, Security Guards

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Security Guards to join our team at MGL PROTECTION SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations
  • Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in security or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure

Experience:
