Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Security Guard License.
