Job Title: Supervisor of Security Guards

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Security Guards to join our team at MGL PROTECTION SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor of Security Guards will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate the work of security guards
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them accordingly
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
