Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at DM Logic Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and coordinating conference and meeting activities.
  • Procedure Implementation: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the office support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring procedures are followed.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
