Job DetailsJob Summary

OPSIS is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to support the delivery of technical services and solutions to our clients in the water industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring the successful execution of technical projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technical service projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors, facilitating communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to assess client needs, develop project plans, and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications in collaboration with the engineering team, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any deviations from the project plan to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to assess project conditions, verifying compliance with technical specifications, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, using project management software and tools to track project performance and facilitate decision-making.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project coordination or technical services management, preferably in the water industry or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of water treatment processes, infrastructure systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
