Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Fund of Funds Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Middle Office Operations team, you'll be responsible for reconciling, validating, and booking FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and validate FOF trading activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and book daily cash transactions for clients under the target operating model.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service team to streamline the Hedge Fund trade execution process and reduce processing time.
  • Perform investment quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system.
  • Address FOF trade-related enquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.
  • Data capture and entry of all pricing inputs into our proprietary pricing platform.
  • Liaise with client service teams and external price providers on pricing-related matters.
  • Daily exception reporting of all pricing data to ensure completeness.
  • Manage junior staff and contribute to their career development.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fund administration of Fund of Hedge Funds.
