About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Fund of Funds Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for reconciling, validating, and booking FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and validate FOF trading activities
  • Review and book daily cash transactions
  • Collaborate with Client Service team on Hedge Fund trade execution
  • Perform investment quantity reconciliation
  • Address FOF trade-related enquiries and issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Data capture and entry of pricing inputs into proprietary pricing platform
  • Liaise with client service teams and external price providers on pricing matters
  • Daily exception reporting of pricing data
  • Manage junior staff and contribute to their career development

Requirements

  • CPA or ACCA equivalent
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in fund administration of Fund of Hedge Funds
