**Job Summary:**

GTT, LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Workday Financials solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Workday Financials projects, from planning and design through to execution and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Planning and Management:** Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of Workday Financials projects.
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
  • **Team Leadership:** Lead cross-functional teams, including technical and business resources, to ensure the successful execution of project tasks.
  • **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company standards and methodologies.
  • **Communication:** Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • **PMP Certification:** Mandatory.
  • **Workday Experience:** Proven experience in managing Workday implementation projects.
  • **Project Management:** Strong knowledge of PMBOK methodology and best practices.
  • **Leadership:** Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • **Enterprise Experience:** Experience in large-scale enterprise projects.
  • **Change Management:** Familiarity with change management principles.
