We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Duggan Vape & Smoke. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient inventory management.
  • Authorize payments by cheque, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee order merchandise and returns.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring timely restocking and optimal storage conditions.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a vape shop or similar setting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Environment:

Vape shop with a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods.

Personal Suitability:

  • Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and teamwork skills essential for success in this role.

Salary: $40,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Work Term: Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.

Work Language: English.
