As an AR and Financial Analyst at FYihealth group, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly outstanding AR and cash reconciliation reports, collaborating with clinics on outstanding issues, and booking monthly revenue and cash journal entries.


Additionally, you'll investigate variances between the point of sale and financial system, complete bank reconciliations, process patient refunds, and perform month-end procedures. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in analyzing and reconciling variances between the general ledger, sub-ledgers, and systems.


As the successful candidate, you'll have a minimum of 1-3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience, with 1-2 years of experience in AR reconciliations and bank reconciliations. You'll also possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and experience in a high-volume environment with an understanding of accounting concepts.


A post-secondary Accounting-related diploma/certificate is considered an asset, as well as working knowledge of ERP Systems, such as NetSuite. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are also essential for this role.
