Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of healthcare systems projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Information Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively more responsible information management experience, including at least 5 years at the management level.
  • CPHIMS and ITIL designations an asset.
  • Software development/support experience mandatory.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate and negotiate.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
