About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

About You
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel (intermediate level desired)
  • Previous experience using QuickBooks is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hourly Rate: $23 - $25/hour
